Market update with AI from your MLS numbers

Clients like a short, plain update on what happened in the market last month. … AI writes the sentences with blanks such as [Median sale price]. You pull the numbers from your MLS's market-stats tool and type them into the blanks yourself, in your own email or document.

Prompt to copy

Write a short monthly market update email for homeowners and buyers in [Area name].
Use these blanks exactly as written, and keep each one as a blank for me to fill in:
[Month and year], [Median sale price], [Change from last year, %], [Homes sold], [Median days on market], [Active listings].
Write 4 short paragraphs in plain English, under 150 words in total.
Describe the housing numbers only: prices, sales, time on market, and homes for sale.
Keep every sentence about what happened last month. Leave out predictions and advice about when to buy or sell.
End with this line exactly: [Your MLS's required source notice, with the date range]
Then add this line: [SIGNATURE AND BROKERAGE DISCLOSURES]

Common questions

Do I need a paid AI tool?

No. Popular AI chat tools work, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Grok. A paid plan can give you more advanced models, more features, and higher limits, but you can do every lesson without one.

How long does it take?

Each lesson runs 10 to 20 minutes. Work through the 44 lessons at your own pace.

How do I get in?

Sign in at members.siqwes.com with the email you used to pay. Your lessons are under My courses.

Is there a Fair Housing review step?

Yes. Module 4 builds your "My Fair Housing review" checklist, and you run it yourself on your listing remarks, photo captions, and social posts.

Will the AI fill in my market numbers?

No. The AI drafts the wording with blanks, and you type every number yourself from your MLS's market-stats tool. Then you recheck each number, percentage, and source line before you share the update.

Can AI write listing descriptions?

It can help you rewrite your listing remarks, and you check every phrase. Lesson 4.1 starts from your verified facts and your MLS's character limit. You confirm each change against the listing record, run your "My Fair Housing review" checklist yourself, and ask your broker about any phrase you want a second opinion on.
